Trip - Extra Deck Time to Track Down Big Strikes on September 7, 2025

We hosted two friends visiting from Europe for their first-ever angling experience, and Captain Ed made sure it was a success. After discussing our target species, the captain followed through perfectly and provided our guests with a fantastic introduction to the sport. Both the captain and first mate were professional, approachable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the day. Trip - Hunt Afternoon Surface Feeders Along the Coast on June 12, 2025

If you want a great trip, this is it. The Captain and crew were excellent, and the experience couldn't have been better. My 10-year-old really wanted to catch a shark, and the Captain put us right on them just as I asked. He caught one keeper and another for catch-and-release—a total dream come true! This is a first-rate trip and an unbeatable deal.

Trip - Chase the Morning Bite On Nearshore Waters on July 31, 2024

Awesome trip for 5 adults and 2 kids that have never gone deep sea fishing! Captain Ed was very nice and friendly. His ship mate Mongo went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He was excellent with the boys and always made them feel included and taught them a lot about the marine life we experienced. Highly recommend this charter and will book with them again in the future!

Our family could not have asked for a better experience. The boat was spotless, the captain was very welcoming, and the first mate, Brian, was exceptional. We caught 16 fish in the first hour, and the kids had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this charter and look forward to coming back again soon!

We booked with Lucky Strike at the last minute after our original charter failed to respond to my messages the day before our trip. Captain Elliott was very fast to respond and saved our outing. The boat is in excellent condition, offering plenty of room and a bathroom. We targeted Black Sea Bass, and I caught 37 myself; our group of three caught over 70 fish with plenty of keepers. The captain and first mate were absolutely wonderful. Captain Elliott put us right on the fish, even while other smaller boats seemed to be struggling to find them. The first mate was pleasant to talk to and clearly knows his job well. I highly recommend them, especially for families with kids or teenagers. To finish the trip, the captain recommended a fresh seafood shack near the dock, where we picked up some great fresh shrimp to go with our sea bass dinner. We are returning to Myrtle Beach at the end of June and look forward to fishing with Lucky Strike again.

25 keepers and 1 shark! Brian the first mate was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Captain Ed put us on fish! We did the 5 hour charter and it was a blast. Boat left on time and got back on time. Highly recommended!

Had a great time on the water with Captain Dan and John. They warned us the water was gonna be rough but we told em let’s roll with it. Caught plenty of fish and had a great time. Two awesome guys to take you out!

Captain Ed was fantastic! Him and his crew helped us have a great day out to sea! we caught Tuna, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, and Barracuda for a total of 20 fish!

I would like to give a big shout out to Captain Ed and his mate Ed for giving us another great family fishing trip this year. We had a great time on the gulf stream trip, we caught a good amount of different types of fish. The AC in the cabin for the right back is a big bonus. I look forward to our next trip with them
